Registration Information
Registration fee includes all food functions (Welcome Reception, Fellowship Luncheon, Breakfast, Lunch, Refreshment Breaks and Celebration Dessert Reception), does not include separate ticketed events.
A $100 administration fee will be retained if you cancel your registration for any reason. In order to receive a refund of the balance, written notice must be received by Thursday, January 21, 2016. No refunds will be made after this date.
