Youth Specialist Reflective Supervision Training 

Who should attend:
This training is designed for Supervisors of staff who work in youth serving organizations.  It is not designed for Case Managers or Youth Specialists, but rather for their Supervisors. 

What it covers:
Leadership, supervision, reflective practice and reflective supervision.  
How to do supervision, styles of leadership, models of coaching, and much more.

This training is required by the Older Youth System for agencies that will be having their youth specialist take the Youth Specialist training through the online classes; it also meets national/international requirements.
