Compassion Fatigue & Vicarious Trauma Training 

Class objectives are: 
  • Learn the difference between Compassion Fatigue, Vicarious Trauma, and Burnout.
  • Identify warning signs, develop early detection strategies, and identify triggers. 
  • Explain strategies to transform Compassion Fatigue into Compassion Satisfaction. 
  • Discuss current findings to include incidence rates of CF and VT.  
  • Distinguish what other organizations have done to promote resilience in teh workplace.  
  • Restate four concrete strategies for a healthier work environment.
