WANDA DRAPER: PH.D.: Professor Emeritus of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences, College of Medicine, University of Oklahoma (OU); President of Education Futures International; former Executive Director of the Oklahoma Child and Family Institute; former Co-director of the Diagnostic and Therapeutic Center, OU Department of Psychiatry, earned the prestigious Regents’ Award for Outstanding Professional Service, OU; Award for Outstanding Professional Service, Oklahoma Psychological Association.
