Competitive Midget AA Tournament

Welcome and thank you for your interest in the Banff Hockey Academy's 24th Annual Spring Classic Tournament. We expect the event to be full at 16 teams this year with a very diverse representation from across Canada.

The event is a three game guarantee in a round robin format. Advancing teams can expect to play 4-5 games.

The event starts at 8:00 AM on Friday, March 23, 2018 and the last game will be played on Sunday, March 25, 2018 between 2-3 PM.

GAME FORMAT & SCHEDULE

Teams are expected to be ready to play on Friday, March 23rd at 8:00 AM.

Each game will consist of 3-20 minute periods as follows:

• Warm-Up-5 minutes
• 1st period-20 minutes running time
• 2nd period-20 minutes stop time
• Ice Clean
• 3rd period-20 minutes stop time (No ties, all games must end with a winner)
• Ice Clean
