You may not understand the benefits and advantages of owning an ENERGY STAR^®  home but do you know to market and interpret it to homebuyers? Learn how to translate technical features and benefits into language homebuyers can comprehend therefore passing along the knowledge.

• Identifying specific needs of customers satisfied by energy efficient homes
• Understand the payback period and return on investment of an ENERGY STAR^® home
