PAYMENT DUE DEADLINE!!! Please remember balance of payment due by midnight August 31, 2018 or a $25 late charge will apply. Teams not paid in full by midnight Sept 10th could lose there position and deposit. Unpaid positions will be sold to our waiting list participants.  In the past teams paid deposits only and did not show up costing the event to lose funds. These unpaid spots could have been filled from our waiting list.   

Payment by Credit Card: Register online by clicking below then you will have the option to pay online with a credit card through PayPal. You DO NOT have to join pay pal to pay with your credit card!  Go to the bottom of the page and continue the processing and you will be directed to a secure page to enter your credit card info.

Payment by cheque: Register online by clicking below then please mail a cheque for deposit ($60.00) or complete payment ($225.00), balance or complete payment received with postmark after Sep. 1st will require a $25.00 late fee to be paid with registration.

NOTE: Team placements (team #'s) are asigned based on date and time deposit is recieved. If paying by cheque this will be the date the cheque is recieved in our mailbox.

Cancellations/refund: Cancellations prior to Sept 10, 2018 will be refunded any monies paid less a $25 adminstration fee. Cancellations after Sept 10, 2018 will be refunded any monies paid less the $60 deposit fee. Fees will no longer be carried over to the following year.
