John recently participated in the virtual 'Mindfulness at Work Summit' where 56 leading experts offered sessions on the latest tools, techniques and strategies in applying mindfulness at work. John formerly served on the faculty at Naropa University where he taught leadership courses that were infused with mindfulness practice and thought. John has maintained an on-again, off-again mindfulness practice for more than 20-years and a more consistent practice in recent years, informing the personal, family and professional dimensions of his life.
