The Meet Your Farmer Dinner Series is a wonderful way to really meet your local farmers!
Meet Your Farmer dinners consist of a locally sourced, gourmet meal hosted by and prepared by rotating local restaurants. During dinner you will be treated to a presentation by the evening's featured farmer.
About Vaquero Valley Ranch & Cattle Company: A small operation located in the Central Oregon high desert on Bear Creek south of Prineville and east of Bend. Our cattle forage primarily on native grasses on our range land and in winter we feed them hay that we raise on our hay fields. Our family was ranching organically way before organic as we know it today was ever dreamed up.
About Sunriver Brewing Co: Chef Justin Goin leads our talented team in Bend and has ingrained our spirit of high quality food. We make every effort to source locally and regionally and to offer natural, healthy ingredients because we care about you. The outdoor patio has an awesome fire pit and a replica of the Shevlin Bridge warmed by heaters where we will be hosting the dinner.
