Meet Your Farmer dinners consist of a locally sourced, gourmet meal hosted by and prepared by rotating local restaurants. During dinner you will be treated to a presentation by the evening's featured farmer.

About Bethlyn's Global Fusion: Bethlyn's Global Fusion bistro and fusion restaurant has been pushing the boundaries of worldy fusion cuisine since 2014.  Our Chef Bethlyn Rider has won numerous awards for her cuisine and is known for her creative and exciting combinations of unlikely flavors. Chef Bethlyn recently opened a new, expanded location on Newport Ave. Come and see what all the fuss is about!

About Piggyback Ranch:   We are a biodynamic farm located just minutes North of Bend on beautiful 54 acre oasis overlooking the cascades dedicated to raising happy, healthy heritage hogs.  The Gloucestershire Old Spot and English Large Blacks are rare heritage breeds that thrive on our pasture of clover, alfalfa and orchard grass. They are supplemented with non-GMO feed that is locally milled. In addition to pork we produce eggs, chicken  and soon to come alpaca and yak.
