 Cajun Asian Taste Explosion

Community Supper is a quarterly farm-to-table event that gathers people to celebrate seasonal local food and conviviality over a locally-sourced meal. The volunteer-supported event is a collaborative effort between a myriad of local farms, chefs, restaurants and food carts committed to supporting local farmers. 

This gourmet meal proudly prepared and presented by Chef Nick Ragazzo of The Blackened Dragon, one of Bend's hottest new food trucks featuring the deliciously unique combination: asian-cajun. Um. Yum!

1st- muffaletta pot stickers

2nd- shrimp & "grits" salad
