Central Oregon LocavoreWWOLF is a project of Central Oregon Locavore Non-Profit. WWOLF is dedicated to providing assistance to local farms as well as provide education to the community about how our food is grown. Participants are called "WWOLF"-packs.
Our mission is to assist the local farmer while connecting and educating the community on the true nature of local food.
Projects: Planting garlic!
Directions: North on 97 through Terrebonne. Left on Lower Bridge. Go 10 miles. Pass house entrance. Take a left on HOlmes and first left into Farm. Meet at farm stand.
How it Works:
What to Expect:
Great fun, new friends, deep satisfacton, boots-on-the-ground education about local farming practices and a grand adventure.
Children are most welcome, but they must be supervised at all times no matter what.
What To Bring:
Just so we don't catch you by surprise, we do ask that you sign a waiver before participating. Waivers will be available when we first meet up and at the farm. Please be sure to sign.
As much as we love our furry friends, dogs are not allowed. Thank you for your understanding.
Thank you for supporting our hard-working local farmers,
The gang at Central Oregon Locavore
