Edible Adventure Crew presents - Carrot Pullin Day at Rainshadow Organics

Edible Adventure Crew is a volunteer program that connects communities with local food opportunities through gleaning surplus harvest from local, organic farms, providing educational resources in food forage and preservation, and assisting low income families in presenting access to healthy, local food options.

Join us for a day of carrot pulling (and maybe potato diggin if time permits) at Rainshadow Farm in Terrebonne.  Kids welcome!

Directions to Rainshadow:

North on 97 through Terrebonne. Left on Lower Bridge.  Go 10 miles.  Pass house entrance.  Take a left on Holmes and first left into Farm.  Meet at farm stand. 

Make sure to bring:

• Work clothes
• Dress in layers
• Water and lunch
• Hat, sunglasses and sunscreen if needed, weather dependent
• Your sense of adventure
