*Note: For each additional table you will be allotted another 10 x 10 space. You may purchase as many tables as you would like, however after the second table, the third table will be the orginal price of $250 and the 4th table at $100.
PCAF Exhibitors Rules:
1. No Table(s) will be reserved without full payment only. You may pay online and by mail. However, only money orders will be accepted 30 days prior. All payments are nonrefundable. Tables will be assigned on a first pay basis.
2. Exhibitors will not be allowed to bring in extra tables without paying the requested fee above. However, you may bring racks, cases, etc. as long as it fits into your allotted space.
3. No tables can be removed without the consent of the Convention or Floor Manager.
4. Walk-ins will be welcome. However, there will be an additional $50 fee added per table if space is available.
5. The PCAF will not be responsible for any lost or stolen items. The PCAF is not responsible for security of your table or booth and it contents.
6. Exhibitors will be asked to close down during certain times for worship. The Convention Manager or PCAF staff members will notify the exhibitors of these times.
