CFWM Grant Program Outreach Session 

The Community Foundation is hosting an informational Outreach Session for non-profit organizations to learn more about our grant programs being offered in 2017. CFWM program staff will give you an overview of our grants and programs: Mission, Critical, Capital, Innovation, Capacity/Valley Gives, and Scholarships. The Outreach Session will be held at the West Springfield Public Library on February 9, 2017 at 9:30 a.m.

The Outreach Session will be approximately one hour long. After the presentation, program staff will be available to meet on an individual basis with members of nonprofit organizations to answer any questions. Each consultation will be with the program officer responsible for the grant program in which you are interested and will be no longer than 15 mins. Nonprofits may register for a consultation prior to the event by clicking here. 

Free parking is available on site. Please use the library parking lot or the municipal parking lot near the Police Station and the Rite-Aid store.
