2nd Annual AHA Senior Forum EXHIBITOR Registration 

Dear Exhibitor: 

We expect the 2nd Annual AHA Senior Forum to be a huge success.  We anticipate more than 120 registrants (including exhibitors) and have a wonderful venue selected.  Last year we had to turn exhibitors away, so please sign up before we run out of room.  Here's what you need to know:

  • Location:  The Summit Conference and Event Center, 411 Sable Ave. N, Aurora, CO 80011.  There is ample, free parking.
  • Exhibitor arrival:  You can arrive as early as 7:30.  (Sign-in for attendees begins at 8:30.)
  • Tables:  Paid exhibitors get a skirted table, 6' rectangular banquet table.
  • Exhibitor Registration:  You MUST register.  Your exhibitor registration fee covers two attendees, and if you are going to have two people there, both names must be on the exhibitor registration.  If you want to bring additional people from your organization, that's wonderful, but they need to register separately as participants so we can get an accurate count for seating and food orders.  If you register as an Exhibitor, you do not need to register again as a participant.
  • Exhibitor Fees:  In order to support and sustain this event, we are charging for exhibitors.  We have tiered Exhibitor Fees:  

1) For exhibitors from organizations with an annual budget below $300,000:  $50;

2) For exhibitors from organizations with an annual budget above $300,000:  $150;

3) If you cannot afford the exhibitor registration fee, we will have limited space at unstaffed tables for you to put out your resources. Please register as a regular participant  by clicking here.

  • Exhibitor Guide:  We will be compiling a resource guide for participants that includes a description of each exhibitor's organization and services. This guide will be distributed to all forum participants, and also available on AHA’s website after the forum. Once you send your check, we will send a form to collect the information we need for the guide. 
  • Door Prizes:  Exhibitors are expected to provide a door prize. We'll send you details when your register.
  • Eligibility:  The Aurora Senior Forum is intended for organizations and agencies that are located in and/or provide services for seniors in Aurora.  We reserve the right to decline your registration and return your fees if your organization is not a good fit for this forum or for AHA’s mission and goals.  If you are unfamiliar with Aurora Health Access, please read about us on our website at www.aurorahealthaccess.org.
