Why You Need an Estate Plan
How to Create One and When You May Need to Alter an Existing Plan

October 18th, 1:00 - 2:00 PM
Attorneys Lynda Lee Arnold and Jeanne Di Minno

Life circumstances can change in an instant.
Consider some difficult questions…. Do you want to
be on life support? Who will pay your bills if you
can’t? And if you pass away, how will your estate be
 divided amongst your heirs?

In this program, come learn from Attorneys Lynda
Lee Arnold and Jeanne Di Minno about Wills, trusts, powers of attorney (POA), and health care directives.
You’ll walk away understanding what these documents are for, what you need to do to create your plan, or if you may need to have your existing documents reviewed and updated.

Presented by Attorneys Lynda Lee Arnold and Jeanne Di Minno
