About this workshop:
This session opens the space for an exploration of Marshall's quote using real-life examples: How can hard work be play? Is Marshall making fun of us? Does he take our problems lightly? What is the price if I do something because I think I "should" or I "have to" do it?
About Michael Dillo:
https://www.frei-raeume.ch/index-e.php
Michael, in his "first" life, was a professor for civil engineering. In his Ph.D. thesis, he specialized in underground constructions in rock, which paved his way from his home country Germany to Switzerland in the early 1990s. As much as he enjoyed living in this beautiful country, he became increasingly dissatisfied with his job as an engineer. He struggled with a fear of change and a lot of "I have to …” messages. In 1997 he was inspired to attend a workshop with Marshall B. Rosenberg to find answers to his questions and fears. During the first three day-seminar, he received some fundamental life-changing answers. However, it took him quite a while to understand the difference between intellectually understanding NVC and internalizing it. Finally, he gave up his profession as an engineer. He since has been certified as a CNVC-Trainer in 2004 and started to work worldwide as such. In 2013 he was asked to join the CNVC Assessors Team and the CALF Team in the USA.
