The study explores the feasibility for state-sponsored tolling by examining the history and progression of tolling in the United States, addresses toll operations, including the advantages and challenges of implementing newer collection technologies and methods, and stakeholder outreach considerations.
Speaker Daniel Yeh is the Federal Relations Officer for the Wisconsin Department of Transportation. He oversees the department’s interactions with Congress and federal agencies and leads federal policy development.
