Established in 2021, CLT Impact Investors (“Impact Investors”) operates as a 501(c)(3) non-profit with the stated purpose of improving the social and economic standing of historically underserved communities through Impact investments in minority-owned businesses in the greater Charlotte region. As a non-profit, investment capital and gains will be perpetually recycled into new investments (i.e. no ‘return of capital’ timeline to donors/founding team).
