Gefen, LLC is a well-known manufacturer of ‘problem solver’ devices for HDTV used in teleproduction facilities, electronic cinema and consumer environments.  They were one of the early adopters of fiber, HDMI, HDBaseT, and now 4K picture files.

Jason Fitzgerald & Orrin Charm are two Product Managers at Gefen.  They will talk about the current state of 4K… and the coming 8K picture handling.

Jason Fitzgerald has been with Gefen for over 6 years, contributing to multiple departments, from technical support to product development. His personal interest in technology and home theater equipment has played a large role in the dedication he brings to his role as product manager.

Orrin Charm has over 30 years experience in Audio, Video, Controls, Lighting, and Electronic Systems Design.   He has worked with HDTV since the analog days, and helped to develop Standards for video, telecomm, and data distribution.

Dinner will feature Mixed Greens with Dressing,  Lasagna with Fried Zucchini, warm rolls and butter, coffee, tea and/or iced tea and for dessert Raspberry Sorbet.
