Session 1: Setting direction - Learn how to gain clarity in setting and communicating direction for yourself, your team, and your organization.

Session 2: Moving to your goal - Having a vision is a start; determining the path to get there and making it happen are the next step.

 Session 3: Influencing for outcomes - In order to move yourself and your team to a desired goal, you have to be able to influence others to move forward with you. Applying pressure to influence others is by far THE most challenging capability we see for leaders at all levels - but it is also THE most important capability if you want to achieve your goals. 

 Session 4: Gaining confidence to go forward - You've developed the capability to set direction and influence others to move toward the goal; this is an opportunity to practice putting it all together and realizing you are ready to step in and be a leader in your own career and organization!
