Best-selling author and historian Max Boot provides a new perspective in his newly published book "The Road Not Taken" an autobiography of Edward Lansdale during post-World War II Philippines and Vietnam. Lansdale was a US Army officer and adviser to Philippine President Ramon Magsaysay who successfully defeated the Huks insurgency movement.
