DIAMOND --cost is $3,500.  Includes conference book and ongoing banner ads in the FMHCA monthly newsletter for one year, Full page ad in the FMHCA conference program, Logo will be posted on FMHCA website for one year, 10 minutes to speak your business or organization prior to the Comedian Mark Lundholm.  Exhibit Conference Table with two complimentary conference attendees and two complimentary tickets to the comedy show. Advertisement clip behind comedian. All state promotion fliers will additionally include your logo and co-sponsorship link!  OBTAINED

PLATINUM - cost is $3,000.  Includes conference book and ongoing banner ads in the FMHCA monthly newsletter for one year, Full page ad in the FMHCA conference program, Logo will be posted on FMHCA website for one year, 10 minutes to speak your business or organization prior to the Keynote Speaker. Exhibit Conference Table with two complimentary conference attendees. On each attendee’s name tag, you will be thanked as a luncheon sponsor. OBTAINED

SILVER - cost is $2,000.  Includes full page ad in the FMHCA conference program. Logo will be posted on FMHCA website for one year and 5 minutes to speak about your business or organization prior to the Key Note Speaker on Saturday morning. Business logo will be inserted into monthly Newsletter for one year. OBTAINED

Bronze - cost is $1,500.  Includes a display table at the conference and Logo will be posted on FMHCA website for one year. OBTAINED

AV Sponsor - cost is $1,000.  Your agency will receive 1 conference table and be recognized in the program brochure. OBTAINED

Exhibit Table - cost is $800. Table for two days of conference and recognition in FMHCA Program  WE ARE FULL! WE HAVE 30 EXHIBITORS!

Non Profit Exhibit Table -cost is $600. Limited Quantity available.  NO MORE AVAILABLE AT THIS RATE

Conference Bag Give-Aways - cost is $300.  Marketing items provided by your agency (e.g., pens, highlighters, take-away to be put into bags, etc.).
