DIAMOND --cost is $3,500.  Includes conference book and ongoing banner ads in the FMHCA monthly newsletter for one year, Full page ad in the FMHCA conference program, Logo will be posted on FMHCA website for one year, 10 minutes to speak your business or organization prior to the Comedian Mark Lundholm.  Exhibit Conference Table with two complimentary conference attendees and two complimentary tickets to the comedy show. Advertisement clip behind comedian. All state promotion fliers will additionally include your logo and co-sponsorship link!  OBTAINED

PLATINUM - cost is $3,000.  Includes conference book and ongoing banner ads in the FMHCA monthly newsletter for one year, Full page ad in the FMHCA conference program, Logo will be posted on FMHCA website for one year, 10 minutes to speak your business or organization prior to the Keynote Speaker. AV Sponsor - cost is $1,000.  Your agency will receive 1 conference table and be recognized in the program brochure. OBTAINED
