Community Development and Community Action Day in Annapolis 

The Community Development Network of Maryland and the Maryland Community Action Partnership are joining forces again this year to promote our legislative agendas during the 2018 General Assembly. Community Action and Community Development Day in Annapolis consists of the Community Development Showcase, Visits with lawmakers, and luncheon.

Concurrent Sessions 10am-noon

Community Development Showcase -  Community development organizations and community action agencies can have a display table to show their important impact in their areas. First come, first served, reserved for 20 organizations at most, and must be a member of CDN or MCAP.  

Visits with Legislators - meet up with your legislators to talk about the key elements of the CDN and MCAP legislative agendas and tell your stories of succes in your area.

Luncheon 11:30am-1:30pm

Learn more about CDN and MCAP's legislative agenda, and hear from members of the General Assembly will speak with us about the work in Annapolis. Maryland DHCD Secretary Ken Holt and others have been invited, and speakers will be announced as confirmed.
