Join the Rural Maryland Council, Allegany HRDC, Garrett County CAC and the Community Development Network of Maryland for our fall Western MD Regional Meeting in Cumberland.

--Conversation regarding the Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP) for Low Income Housing Tax Credits and impacts at the federal level with Matthew Heckles, CDA Director for the Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development. 

--Discussion of CDN's Legislative Agenda and Budget Priorities for the upcoming General Assembly session
