Housing Counseling and Community Action Community Development Week event 

Housing Counseling in Maryland has helped thousands of families be better home buyers, and have also helped families land on their feet after a foreclosure. Join us to learn more about Southern Maryland Tri-County Community Action Committee's homebuyer and housing counseling program as an example of the important work housing counseling organizations do. 

The organization is also a Community Action Agency, and we'll learn more about how it has helped famlies get out of poverty. We'll tour two mixed income developments in the area.
