Berlin's Facade Improvement Program has made a significant impact on the town!  Join us to find out why the Town of Berlin was named America's Coolest Small Town in 2014 by Budget Travel Magazine! The event will include a walking tour of the area, pointing out the businesses who used the Facade Improvement Grants, and end with happy hour.
