Dr. Ken Tilashalski
University of Alabama at Birmingham School of Dentistry
Saturday February 20, 2021
Title: Pediatric Oral Pathology
Children are different in so many ways! And while many oddities are not age-specific there are many pathologic findings that are unique to kids or occur with greater frequency than in adults. This course will highlight pediatric pathology including developmental disorders, tumors, infectious diseases, and bony lesions. Special consideration will be given to the management of these entities in this vulnerable population. Personal anecdotes, lessons learned, and an opportunity to ask questions will ensure that this material comes to life.
