Membership Application 2017
Welcome to the Kingston Triathlon Club 2017 season! When you join the club, your membership includes a full season of workouts and social activities. Your annual membership dues are $65 per person.
IN CONSIDERATION of the acceptance of my application for registration as a member of the Kingston Triathlon Club (KTC) I, for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns HEREBY RELEASE, WAIVE AND FOREVER DISCHARGE KTC and its respective agents, officials, employees, contractors, representatives, successors and assigns OF AND FROM ALL claims, demands, damages, costs, expenses, actions, and causes of actions, whether in law or equity, in respect of death, injury, loss or damage to my person or property HOWSOEVER CAUSED, arising or to arise by reason of my registration as a member of KTC or my participation in any KTC sponsored and/or sanctioned event whether prior to, during or subsequent to any such event AND NOTWITHSTANDING that some may have been contributed to or occasioned by the NEGLIGENCE of any of the aforesaid. I also hereby agree and consent to the use of my name or image by KTC. I agree to obey by the Highway Traffic Act during all KTC events and understand that I must wear a helmet that is CSA or ANSI approved during all KTC cycling or multisport events. Additionally, anyone participating in a KTC workout (swim, bike, or run) must be skilled enough to participate safely and with sufficient competence, and if not, will not be permitted to engage in the workout.
