The LEAP program is a 10-month series designed to develop and support women leaders and business owners in Central Iowa and to position them for the next steps in their careers.The events will feature an organization, speaker, or initiative focused on advancing women, and that will act as a pathway for attendees to access mentors, positions on boards, leadership development skills, inspiration and more. #LEAPdsm

December: Dare to LEAP Celebration

How did you dare to LEAP this year? Attendees will celebrate and share success stories, in addition, they will gain insight, wisdom, and motivation from a few special guests! This program will honor the conclusion of the 2016 LEAP Series. So, sit back, relax, and enjoy a mimosa with a dose of motivation from a special set of speakers who will share their story of how they "Dared to Leap" in their own careers.
