We invite you to exhibit at the area’s premiere osteopathic continuing medical education conference. LECOM Primary Care 2015 is set for March 6-8, 2015, at Peek’n Peak Conference Center in Findley Lake, N.Y.  More than 150 physicians will visit your table at the Scientific Exhibit on March 6 and 7.

Back by popular demand, the exhibit session has been extended to two days!  Exhibitors now have the option to display exhibits either Friday or Saturday or exhibit for both days.

Primary Care 2015 will focus on health problems commonly seen in the offices of primary care physicians.  This three-day seminar aims to provide participating physicians with information about new medical advancements in order to increase the scope of treatment options available to the primary care physicians and to enhance the physicians’ existing knowledge of topics, thus improving patient care.

LECOM is a Category 1-A CME Sponsor accredited by the American Osteopathic Association and anticiptes Primary Care 2015 to recieve 20 CME credit hours.

Accomodations

Registrants are responsible for their own hotel accommodations.  For reservations, call Peek’n Peak at (716) 355-4141, ext. 7154, and specify that you have enrolled in the LECOM Primary Care 2015 seminar.  Peek’n Peak will hold a block of rooms for participants. Reservations must be made by January 30, 2015, to guarantee a room.

Standard Rooms $126 per night

Atendees may upgrade their rooms to condos and suites.  Please call the resort for prices and information.

  • Weekend reservations must be for minimum Friday and Saturday.

  • All rates based on double occupancy, unless otherwise noted.

  • Additional charg for each adult, 18 and older. Contact hotel for rate.

  • Room rates are subject to state and local taxes.

  • Condominium style accommodations available by contacting Peek’n Peak; additional prices and occupancy rates apply.

  • Peek’n Peak Resort and Conference Center does not guarantee specific room type availability.  Requests will be accommodated to the best of the property’s availability.

  • Check-in time is after 4 p.m. on day of arrival. Checkout time is before 11 a.m. on day of departure. 

Exhibitors Guide

REGISTRATION
Deadline for registration is March 3, 2015.  All exhibitors must register online to reserve table space.  Acceptable payment methods are check or credit card.  If paying by check, please mail your payment along with a copy of your confirmation email.  If paying by credit card, all of our credit card payments are processed online through PayPal.  You do not need a PayPal account to use a credit card.

LOCATION
Exhibits will be held in the main dining hall located on the first floor next to the Pub and Royal Court Dining Room at the Inn & Conference Center at Peek'n Peak. We will provide breaks and an extended lunch for the participants to allow time to visit your display.

SETUP/TEAR-DOWN
The exhibitor registration desk will open at 8am on Friday and Saturday. Upon arrival, exhibitors must check in at the exhibitor registration on the first floor to retrieve nambe badges, lunch tickets and information packets.  Exhibits are not permitted to be set up the night before.  The exhibit hall will close at 5:30pm on Friday and Saturday.  Due to the location of the exhibit hall, displays left overnight are at the risk of the exhibitor.  LECOM and Peek'n Peak are not responsible for missing, stolen or damaged displays.

TABLES
Tables will be assigned in advance.  Please indicate on your registration if you would like to be near or away from another exhibitor.  Also, remember that two exhibits may share one table.  You do have the option to purchase a full table.  We ask that you assign only two (2) representatives to the exhibit table at a time. Additional representatives may be added for a fee.

REGISTRATION FEES
One half of an 8 foot table for one day (either Friday or Saturday) is $400.  One half of an 8 foot table for both Friday and Saturday is $600.  A full 8 foot table for one day (either Friday or Saturday) is $800.  A full 8 foot table for both Friday and Saturday is $1,200.  All registration fees are paid separately from any speaker sponsorship grant.  Each table registration includes badges for two company representatives and lunch tickets for each.  If you register for both days, you will receive lunch tickets for both days.  The fee for additional representatives is $50. Individuals not registered in advance will be charged $75 on the day of the program.

RAFFLE
CME credit is no longer available for scientific exhibits. LECOM makes every effort to attract participants to visit the exhibitors, including a raffle based on attendance at the exhibits.  Exhibitors are permitted to hold their own raffle at each table.

CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST, LUNCH & EVENING ENTERTAINMENT
Exhibitors are welcome to enjoy the continental breakfasts and lunch on Friday and Saturday.  If you plan on staying the whole weekend, you are welcome to enjoy the Saturday evening social event.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Registrations can be cancelled up to 30 days prior to the conference start date. Registrations cancelled less than 30 days prior to the conference are prorated less any administrative costs.
