Make your reservations now for our Wine & Dine your Valentine food and wine pairing event on Friday, February 10 at 6 p.m. Enjoy a four course, small plate, tasting menu created by our own, Parker Puchta. Limited seats are available to this ticketed event.

First Course

• Shrimp Ceviche
• Shrimp marinated in fresh lime juice, red onion, tomatoes, jalapenos, avocado and cilantro served in a crisp cucumber cup    Paired with: 2015 Chardonel

Second Course

• Roasted Red Pepper Tomato Bisque
• Light and creamy house-roasted red pepper and tomato bisque topped with garlic croutons and blue cheese crumbles     Paired with: Legacy

Entree

• Beef Wellington Tart
• Sliced beef tenderloin served on fresh-baked puff pastry with a rich, creamy blue cheese and mushroom sauce      Paired with: 2009 Estate Bottled Norton

Dessert

• Boozy Red Velvet Trifle
• A trifle layered with homemade red velvet cake, Jazz Berry-soaked raspberries, sweetened cream cheese and fresh whipped cream garnished with shaved dark chocolate     Paired with: Jazz Berry
