Financial Management for the Non-profit

The “back office” of a non-profit organization is its administration and support functions. This workshop demonstrates its importance. Focusing on the basic disciplines of financial management, accounting/bookkeeping, and organizational management. Also included will be a discussion on areas of strengths and weaknesses of back office functions.
