Workshop Description: An interactive discussion on selling or transitioning you privately held business. The emphasis is on planning for future events that may occur including selling a business, transitioning to partners or family members, unplanned transition due to disability or death, and financial and tax planning issues. The discussion will focus on what you should do to protect your assets and assure the maximum financial benefit from your business. Time for questions will be provided. Specific legal or financial advice will not be provided at this seminar.
