Target Audience: This workshop is for the existing business owners and executives that want to compete aggressively to grow their already successful business and for those that realize the need to stabilize and recover a struggling business. The curriculum is also designed to give a clear understanding of where to begin to do this.

Workshop Description: This highly interactive program provides some basic business and realistic marketplace perspectives while identifying traditional and contemporary business success factors. It will also provide additional business growth and recovery perspectives, as well as to identify what both the growth and recovery process is and what each process requires for building an effective strategic plan.
