"Cook Medical clips,tome & biliary plastic stent"-Cook Medical-Ian Shelley

"Apollo Suturing & Xtack"-Apollo Endo- Erin Adams/30 minutes

Parking is FREE located at Parking 8 - across Outpatient Surgery Center/1801 Inwood Rd , Dallas TX 75390. Signage and UTSW staff will direct you to the Conference Hall.

Park at Parking 8----go to first floor back door--- walk towards Record Crossing rd. --cross the street with the pedestrian light---go to main Clements Hospital(6201 Harry Hines Rd.,Dallas TX 75235) lobby- ride the blue elevator -go to second floor, turn right ---see signage -- conference area.
