Learn tips on how proper nutrition, hydration and a "healthy gut" are essential to fuel your body for a healthy running experience, led by Ultra Runner and RRCA Certified Running Coach Scott Waldrop.
Examples of foods to choose and foods to avoid for both pre and post runs will be made available. Discussions on a runner's diet that promotes a "healthy gut" with fresher, healthier and more natural choices for you.
A presentation on proper daily hydration including how best to manage fluids before, during and after a run, race or workout.
