Learn tips on how proper nutrition, hydration and a "healthy gut" are essential to fuel your body for a healthy running experience, led by Ultra Runner and RRCA Certified Running Coach Scott Waldrop.

Examples of foods to choose and foods to avoid for both pre and post runs will be made available.  Discussions on a runner's diet that promotes a "healthy gut" with fresher, healthier and more natural choices for you.

A presentation on proper daily hydration including how best to manage fluids before, during and after a run, race or workout.

Minimizing stress to the body and helping you to discover ways to enhance your overall running experience is our goal. "There's A Better Way To Run!"

There will be healthy refreshments, door prizes, special savings and more for those who attend. Join us for a helpful and informative clinic, all for FREE!
