         HALF & FULL MARATHON TRAINING FOR FALL 2013 SEASON                    Julie Wragge, RRCA Certified Running Coach,  is back for a 5th Marathon Training season!   Runners who want to conquer the Half or Full Marathon distance for the first time, or those seeking to improve their previous race time, will both benefit from this training program. Gradually increase your mileage with coaching and inspiration, while minimizing your risk of injury. Saturday morning group runs, starting July 13th, will allow you to knock out your long distance runs, while surrounded by others sharing the same goals.
