This is part 1 of Autism Boot Camp - A 10 Part Series

This session covers the fundamentals of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), which is considered the gold standard for teaching children with autism. Learn about the teaching strategies and why they are so effective for students with ASD. 

About the Presenter

Ricky Teichman, Ms Ed, BCBA, is the director of the Puzzle Place Center for Autism. Ms. Teichman holds a Bachelor’s Degree in the Behavioral Sciences and a Master’s Degree in Early Childhood Education from Mercy College as well as certification for Early Childhood Education in both NY and NJ. She is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, BCBA Supervisor and Licensed Behavior Analyst in the State of NY. She has been trained in the Early Start Denver Model of treatment for children with autism and also in DIR/Floortime.
