ANNUAL CONFERENCE EXHIBITORS

Together, as educators, advocates, and innovators, Community Care Network of Kansas believes that we must unite across industries and platforms in the interest of bringing comprehensive health care to Kansans across the state. Our passion to serve and desire to affect change motivates our ability to unite. The more partners and resources we have, the stronger our voice can be. We want YOU to help strengthen that voice by sponsoring and/or exhibiting at our 2019 Annual Conference on September 11 - 13, at the Hilton Garden Inn in Manhattan, KS!

 

This is an excellent opportunity meet with over 125 attendees who are leading the state in the transformation of health care to provide greater access to whole-person, comprehensive care. You won’t want to miss the chance to place your name, products and services as a sponsor and/or exhibitor in front health care leaders and decision makers!

Exhibitor sponsorship includes:

  • One six-foot clothed and skirted table
  • Complimentary breakfast, lunch and breaks for up to 2 registered exhibitors
  • Copy of conference attendeess emailed September 3
  • Exhibitor Reception from 5 -7 pm on September 11
  • Networking Happy Hour from 5 - 7:30 pm on September 12
  • Endless networking opportunities with all conference attendees

Exhibitors are encouraged to have an incentive giveaway in addition to trinket giveaways. Suggested items include gift card, gift basket or other item of choice. Please indicate your organization and giveaway at the time of registration. In addition, Community Care Network of Kansas will provide event attendees with an  exhibitor Bingo card to encourage attendees to visit your booth and it will make them eligible to win a prize from Community Care.
