2017 KAMU Annual Conference Exhibitors 

The Kansas Association for the Medically Underserved (KAMU), the state Primary Care Association, invites you to participate as an exhibitor at our 2017 Annual Conference, September 14-15 at the Hilton Garden Inn in Manhattan, Kansas. Showcase your company while supporting our mission of achieving equitable access to health care for all.

Exhibitor sponsorship includes:

• One six-foot clothed and skirted table, two chairs and trash can
• Lunch and refreshment breaks provided for up to two people
• List of conference registrants provided on-site
• Free electrical access provided with advanced notice
• Opportunity to attend the Welcome Reception from 5:30-7:30 p.m. on September 13
  
• Exhibitor Reception from 4:30-6:00 p.m. on September 14
• Opportunity to contribute items for drawings and giveaways
• Endless networking opportunities
  

Exhibitors are encouraged to have an incentive giveaway in addition to trinket giveaways. Suggested items include gift card, gift basket or other item of choice. Please indicate your organization and giveaway at the time of registration. In addition, KAMU will provide event attendees with a card for exhibitors to initial, which will encourage attendees to visit your booth and it will make them eligible to win a prize from KAMU.

The early bird rate is $400 if registered and paid by June 30. The rate increases to $500 after June 30.
