January 5th, 11:00am-2:00pm
(Setup/teardown times included, 10:30am-2pm)

Purpose of Event

A win-win-win event...

• Vendors/Providers have the opportunity to share resources with Hospital Case Managers, Social Workers and Discharge Planning support staff.

• Hospital staff are able to gather resources and eduactional information, while obtaining Continuing Education Credits.

• Proceeds from the booth fees will be used to support low income patients in need.

CEU's: 1 CEU credit TO BE approved by CCMC for Case Managers and this is an approved body for Oregon Social Workers
 

Resource Fair Agenda

10:30am Vendors arrive, check-in and set up 

11:00-1:30pm Event, Vendor Fair

1:15-1:30pm Door prize give away

1:30-2:00pm Event ends, vendors tear down

Deadlines: CEU posters and outline of talking points are due December 1st.
