Samaritan Regional Medical Center Virtual Case Manager Lunch, July 13, 2021, from 1:00-2:00pm (arrive at 12:50pm)

Purpose of Event

A win-win event...

  • Vendors/Providers have the opportunity to network with Hospital Case Managers, Social Workers, and Discharge Planning support staff.
     
  • Hospital staff is able to gather resource information over lunch.

Resource Fair Agenda

12:50pm Vendor check-in via Microsoft Teams link.

1:00pm-2:00pm Event, each provider will have 5 minutes to present (providers can log out after their presentation).

2:00pm Adjorn.

*Note: The luncheon is a virtual event.

 

Vendors will have the opportunity to provide marketing information and network with hospital staff. Digital marketing materials will be collected by Retirement Connection to be emailed to case management the day of event. Vendors will have approximately 5 minutes with the team of case managers.
