12pm-1pm Event, each provider will have 5 minutes to present (providers can log out after their presentation).

Vendors will have the opportunity to provide marketing information and network with hospital staff. Digital marketing materials will be collected by Retirement Connection to be emailed to case management the day of event. Vendors will have approximately 5 minutes with the team of case managers.
