•  Travel costs for speakers and other venue and organizing costs that come with putting together a top quality conference.

Other Sponsorship Opportunities

Conference Program Ad:

If you wish to be recognized in our conference program, and are not already receiving this benefit as a conference sponsor option listed above, the following ad option is available. 

Black and white 1/8 page ad – $100

Scholarship Sponsors:

Scholarships allow KRC to provide the conference experience to people from all walks of life such as students and beginning farmers who would not be able to attend without financial assistance.  The Scholarship rate of $30 per day covers full access to conference sessions, and lunch and snacks.

Scholarship Sponsors will receive:

• Full recognition on our website and conference program
• At least one conference registration for scholarship contributions of $150 or more.
• Special recognition in follow up to recipients

 Registration & Payment Policies

• If you prefer to send a check payment, please send payment to Kansas Rural Center, 2017 Conference Sponsorship, 4021 SW 10^th St. #337, Topeka, KS 66604
• Sponsorship registrations are due by September 30, 2017.
• To secure your sponsorship benefits, payment must be received by October 15, 2017 unless special arrangements are made with KRC staff.  
• Additional persons attending for your organization, beyond the number of complimentary exhibitor registrations, will be required to register and pay online at the Conference website as an attendee.
• Cancellations after October 15, 2017 cannot be refunded.
