18th Annual Superheroes for Youth
Celebrity Waiter Luncheon
Join us as local celebrities team-up with local law enforcement to help underserved youth by serving as “celebrity waiters” for this unique, fun-filled event! Athletes, law enforcement and public safety officials, local media personalities and more will pull out all the stops as they bring you lunch and other surprises in exchange for your “tips.” We guarantee you'll be entertained by the enthusiasm of our waiters as they work hard to earn your cash and raise funds, all to benefit STAR/PAL's youth programs!
Every dollar raised through the annual Celebrity Waiter Luncheon helps STAR/PAL keep kids safe, in school, and away from crime & violence. STAR/PAL officers from the San Diego Police & County Probation Departments provide unique youth programming in underserved communities, empowering at-risk youth to build a safer and more prosperous community by engaging with law enforcement and other collaborative partners.
