Smithtown Youth Bureau, Horizons Counseling & Ed Ctr and Public Safety- Waterways/Navigation's program has an art-centered component designed to bring awareness to the issue of boating while under the influence as well as interactive school readiness activities geared towards increasing organizational skills & getting the school year started right!
