Presented by Mel Bocchichio, CVT, CCFP, M.S.

Join Mel, who comes to us with two decades of experience as a Certified Veterinary Technician,  as she introduces us to the very important topic of Compassion Fatigue in the veterinary industry. She will discuss the components that make up compassion fatigue: secondary traumatice stress and burnout. Attendees will have an opportunity to complete a self assesment anonymously, as well as learn concepts and skills for developing resiliency against compassion fatigue.

** One hour of CE Credit will be available (Non-scientific Professional Development).
