2017 Compliance Conference Sponsor and Exhibit Registration 

The Colorado Chapter of Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) is currently seeking sponsors/exhibitors for ourCompliance Conference February 16-17, 2017 at the Marriott Park Meadows. This is an annual event of the Colorado Chapter and we expect to have over 120 attendees representing Colorado healthcare providers throughout our state and nearby states.This year, we are selling exhibit space and sponsorships separately so be sure to sign up for both! Space is limited in the Exhibit Hall so sign up early to reserve your space.

Set-Up/Dismantle: Exhibitor agrees to have their exhibit in place before the official opening of the exhibition and have their exhibit dismantledand removed after the closing of the exhibition. The exhibitor assumes all risk for the shipment and delivery of all property shipped by the exhibitorand agrees that no early teardowns shall be attempted and that early teardowns are not permitted. By submitting this form, you agree to theseterms. Teardown will not be available until the close of the conference at 12:30 PM.

Cancellations: Cancellations must be submitted in writing prior to January 15th, 2017 in order to receive a refund.
